Dreamer Fiesta 02 Participation Guidelines

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. Submitting your application indicates your agreement to and acceptance of all terms and conditions, and your respect for the organizer's final decision.

Check-in Process (10:30 AM – 12:30 PM)

 

⚫ Only one representative should be present for check-in and to collect all booth handbands.

⚫ Present your exhibitor's handband upon entry.

⚫ The handband allows repeated entry and exit from the venue. Exit is limited to the exit area; entry is available through the VIP entrance and re-entry entrance.

⚫ The representative must be present within the designated check-in time to prepare the booth; otherwise, registration may not be arranged.

 

Booth Setup

 

⚫ Representatives and members of each organization can begin setting up their booths after entering the venue. VIP entry time is 11:30 AM; please make good use of this time. The venue will officially open to the public at 12:30 PM.

⚫ Please ensure that all booth setups and decorations are absolutely safe and secure. The organizing representative of any exhibitor will be fully responsible for any injury or property damage caused by booth setup.

⚫ The organizer reserves the right to terminate any setup work that violates the rules or is deemed dangerous by the organizer, and the exhibitor shall not seek compensation from the organizer for such actions.

⚫ Exhibitors must not obstruct pedestrian walkways or hinder the flow of people.

⚫ All exhibits or pull-out racks/easels must not be displayed facing backwards.

⚫ The height of any exhibit setup must not exceed 2 meters above the ground.

⚫ Do not move or misappropriate any setups or decorations provided by the organizer, or any equipment or materials belonging to the venue.

⚫ Please keep all tables and chairs intact and clean. Do not drill holes, add nails, or deface any facilities provided by the organizer.

⚫ If you need to affix any items to the tables, chairs, or other facilities provided by the organizer, please be mindful of the materials used. Posted items must be removed without leaving any trace.

⚫ There will be no power supply at the doujinshi booths.

⚫ Please bring your own tablecloth.

 

Guidelines for Selling Goods

⚫ No merchandise unrelated to doujinshi or anime/manga is allowed.

⚫ No food, beverages, or drugs of any kind are allowed.

⚫ The sale of any commercially available goods is strictly prohibited, including new or used manga, art books, merchandise, and related products published by any commercial publisher.

⚫ No merchandise unrelated to the type of selling items from the application.

⚫ No items whose manufacturer's mark, copyright, or sales rights do not belong to the organizing committee are allowed. If selling on consignment, works belonging to other doujinshi artists must be clearly stated at the booth.

⚫ Any items that violate intellectual property rights are strictly prohibited. For relevant intellectual property laws, please refer to the Intellectual Property Department's website: http://www.ipd.gov.hk/chi/home.htm

⚫ All obscene articles classified as Category II under the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance must be sealed in accordance with the relevant laws: If sealed in a completely opaque sleeve or plastic bag, the sleeve must display only the name, publication date, issue number, and price of the article, and nothing else. If sealed in a transparent sleeve or plastic bag, a seal must be added, and the seal must occupy 20% or more of the area of  the front and back covers of the article. The seal must bear the following Chinese and English text: "WARNING︰THIS ARTICLE CONTAINS MATERIAL WHICH MAY OFFEND AND  MAY NOT BE DISTRIBUTED, CIRCULATED , SOLD, HIRED , GIVEN , LENT, SHOWN,  PLAYED OR PROJECTED TO A PERSON UNDER THE AGE OF 18 YEARS." "警告︰本物 品內容可能令人反感;不可將本物品派發、傳閱、出售、出租、交給或出借予年齡未滿 18 歲的人士或將本物品向該等人士出示、播放或放映。"

⚫ The sale of any obscene articles classified as Category III under the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance is strictly prohibited.

⚫ The sale of any goods that violate the law is strictly prohibited.

⚫ Any exhibitor found to have violated intellectual property rights or the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance will have their goods confiscated by the organizer and returned only at the end of the event. The exhibitor will not receive any compensation, and the booth owner will be fully responsible for the violation.

⚫ On the day of the event, officers from the Film, Newspaper and Article Management Office and the police will patrol the venue. Please ensure your goods are properly packaged beforehand and cooperate with law enforcement officers.

 

⚫ Unless a "Competition License for Promoting Business" has been applied for in advance from the Licensing Department of the Municipal Affairs Bureau, the sale of random selections, raffles, blind boxes, or other goods with gambling elements is strictly prohibited. Important Notes During the Event

⚫ Participating organizations are responsible for the safekeeping of their goods and personal belongings. The organizer will not be liable for any loss.

⚫ If a booth has been rented for two consecutive days, participating organizations may choose to store their items or goods within the booth area after the first day of the event. Participating organizations are advised to bring a cloth or tablecloth to cover their items before leaving. However, the organizer will not be liable for any loss.

⚫ Each booth should have a maximum of 8-10 people gathered at any time, and continuous movement should be maintained.

⚫ If more people begin to gather, to avoid affecting nearby booths, booth managers are requested to guide the flow of people by distributing tickets.

⚫ In case of uncontrollable crowds, please seek assistance from nearby staff.

⚫ The organizers will conduct regular site inspections. If severe congestion occurs in front of booths, crowd clearing will be arranged.

⚫ Daily activities will end at 19:00. Exhibiting organizations must pack up their booths after the event and leave the venue before 20:00.

⚫ Exhibiting organizations must ensure that all personal belongings are taken away by the end of the exhibition and that all debris and trash are removed before leaving. Any lost items will be treated as lost property.

⚫ Please do not wear any clothing that resembles real political figures, real uniformed groups, etc., such as military uniforms or police uniforms.

 

Statement

 

⚫ The organizer reserves the right to revise the venue rules and add new clauses at any time, and has the right of interpretation. The venue rules and bylaws are subject to the organizer's interpretation.

 

⚫ Submitting the application form indicates that the applicant agrees to all the above terms and respects the organizer's final decision.

 

⚫In the event of any discrepancy of guidelines between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
